Villa Podere Felceto is on two floors. Although there is pricing for different sized groups, Podere Felceto, in the Med and High Season, is available to only one party.
The Villa sleeps: 13+2+1 |
 Ground Floor:
- From a vine-covered pergola over a large furnished terrace, entrance into a sitting room with open fireplace.
- Huge farmhouse country kitchen/dining room complete with stove top, oven, fridge and dishwasher.
- Separate laundry room.
- Very spacious living/dining room (44 mē) with a double divan bed.
- One bedroom with two single beds and attached bathroom with shower.
- One single bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.
- One large suite bedroom with double bed, open fireplace and private entrance. Bathroom with shower and bidet. |
 First Floor:
- An indoor stone stairway open onto a reading and TV room with a queen bed used as sofa,
next a very large living room (50 mē) with open fireplace, a billiard table and access to a beautiful loggia with a breathtaking view of the olive groves reachable also by an external bricks stairway.
- One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
- One suite bedroom with double bed and bathroom with a bath and shower and bidet.
- Two bedrooms with two single beds.
- Two bathrooms: one with a bath and shower and one with shower.
- Large kitchen complete with stove top, oven, fridge and dishwasher. Open only when the upper floor is rented separately (Low Season). |
 During Low season:
In the Low Season the two floors of the villa can be rented separately, using for the first floor the outside stairway and the loggia entrance on the rear of the villa and for the ground floor the main entrance of the vine-covered terrace.
There is also the Cottage Il Forso, with a double bed, a living room and a bathroom with shower. This accommodation is rental only with the same group that to rent whole Villa in High Season. In other periods it's possible to rent separately.
Ground floor accommodation: 5+2 guests
A very spacious kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, a side reading room, one suite with shower, one bedroom with double (or two single beds) and bathroom with shower, one single room with bathroom with shower.
First floor accommodation: 8+1 guests
On the first floor there is a kitchen, a very large living room (48 mē) with the billiard and fire place. Next to it the reading room with the TV and a queen size bed. On this floor there are: 2 suite, one with bath and shower and one with shower. 2 bedrooms with two single bed and each room has its own bathroom, one with shower and one with bath and shower. This floor has a loggia on the side of the villa and open space outside. |
