• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  The heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German, Swedish. There are three people working at the reception, so it depends on who is in duty by the desk.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors but we do not have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes there are two dependances, which are very romantic and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided in the room.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, because a room is on the ground floor with an own entrance from the garden. Suggested for people with pets.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms do have a balcony, but you have to request the availability when you book.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, but on request and without extra charge you can have a fan.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a pool, open from May 15th to October 15th and if the temperature is warm also before and later those two dates.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Open air parking place available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Florence 50 km, Siena 40 km, San Gimignano 5 km.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are, but the nearest grocery and supemarkets are at about 5 km from the farm.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are and we produce wine in the farm.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence: 50 km; Siena 40 km; Pisa 100 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  San Gimignano (5 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence 50 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  San Gimignano, 5 km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Poggibonsi, 15 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are, but you have to advise upon reservation.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is and we serve a different menu every evening at 8.00 pm. The menu is fixed and includes our own wine.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
