| Cancellation Policy | |
If you need to cancel the reservation from 7 days before the arrival date to 3 days before the arrival date we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount for each reserved room/rooms. if you need to cancel the reservation within 2 days before the arrival we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount for each reserved room/rooms.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 168 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
