 This former farmhouse was divided into various apartments, lies in the hills which are separating Lucca from the sea. The property stretches onto 8 hectares, there is a spacious garden and a swimming pool, set in earth (9 x 14m, deep: 120cm) - chairs, table and a barbecue are at your disposal for dining and the pool area is equipped with sun-umbrellas and deckchairs. |
 Here you may enjoy the outdoor life, the strolls, dinners in one of the surrounding restaurants with typical local specialities. The farmhouse is in a ideal geographic location for a relaxing holiday close to unique historical cities (Lucca, Pietrasanta, Camaiore, Pisa) and to some of the most popular beaches in Italy (Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore, Forte dei Marmi). |
 From the top of the hill you can enjoy the picturesque view of olive trees and wineyards. There is a large garden with a beautiful swimming pool and nearby a wood oven, a barbecue and a laundry. The apartments have an independent entrance each, as well a small patio under a grapes "pergola" and a private garden. |
 Each apartment is furnished in the typical Tuscany style and overlooks the valley towards Camaiore. The surroundings provide the ideal setting for biking trips. After a short walk you reach the village of Nocchi where you can find the pizza bar "Il vecchio Frantoio", the post office, the grocer's shop, the XVII century church and the bus stop. There are also a lot of good country restaurants nearby. |
