• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 10pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room in the hotel Relais "La Ramugina" -
  Per apartment in the farmhouse "Castagnoli"
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included in the Hotel tarifs but not in the apartments that have their kitchen.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes in the hotel is included but not in the apartments.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French, Spanish and Italian of course.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, Very quiet, private and romantic rooms and suites-apartment.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The rooms not, the apartments have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, Satellite TV in the hotel rooms only.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in the hotel rooms only.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, in the hotel rooms only without any extra charges.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do at the reception desk.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we do have two swimming pools: the 1st C/O Hotel and the 2nd C/O the farmhouse; Both open from the 1st of MAY to the 1st of October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, plenty of parking, because on plein air without extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception desk, we will happy to help you.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, a supermarket in Mercatale V.no (2 km far from the property) and a hypermarket in Montevarchi (4 Km far from the property).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, vineyards around the hotel and the farmhouse, wine cellar and wine sale inside the permises.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 40 Km

• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Villages of Rendola and Mercatale.

  Amerigo Vespucci in Firenze Peretola.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have a pick up from/to the station of Montevarchi.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Rendola Stop (Line Montevarchi-Mercatale-Bucine)
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Montevarchi
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Swimming Pools with hydromassage.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, the well known Osteria di Rendola.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, but only from the hotel rooms, not from the appartments.
