 Extra virgin olive oil is produced locally in our farm and on your request we will be glad to organize olive oil tasting with the different variety (monocultivar) we produce. During the fall at harvest we organize the olive oil week or day: lectures where we take you from olive picking in the morning, to the processing stage in the afternoon (so that at dinner you will be able to taste and use the olive oil obtained from the olives you have picked in the morning...) to the kitchen for a cooking class.
We have a beautiful country side, in the middle of Tuscany. Here you can have beautiful walks. Our guests can also rent one of the 4 mountain bikes available. We have a hunting reserve in the winter time... and in the spring and summer time there is a clay pigeon shooting range which operates on Saturdays and Sundays. The swimming pool is private for our guests. |
 The property produces its own vegetables during the spring and summer. Other house services: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board, satellite TV, DVD player (with a selection of DVD & CD), surround sound, telephone (rings first in owner's house and then forwards to you), food processor, microwave, mixer, extractor, large fridge, central vacuum system, internet access, barbecue, telescope, parking area, pool towels, screens on windows...
Dinner (lunch) ready: we will bring you the hot dinner (lunch) when you prefer (even on the day of your arrival). On your request we can do for you the first shopping so that you will find something on hand at your arrival and if you like to learn some Tuscan recipes we can organize cooking lessons for you. |

 Nearby our guests can find shops, banks, a post office, supermarkets and so on. Furthermore, the villa is located between four of the main art cities of Tuscany (Firenze, Pisa, Lucca, Siena). From here our guests can discover Tuscany and many historical little towns like S.Gimignano and Volterra. In Castelfalfi, a little village in the adjacent hill (5 Km) there is a beautiful golf club with 18 holes and a tennis court. |
