 The 210 square meters within the red villa no longer resembles a stable. It has 2 floors: On the first one, at the entrance, there is a sunny veranda, a double sitting-dining room with a fireplace and satellite TV hidden within a beautiful antique armoire... , and at your right sits a large, modern, functional and beautiful eat-in kitchen with a dish washer, oven, microwave, toaster, mixer, etc... |
 The kitchen opens into an outdoor "pergola" (Venice covered patio) with 10 chairs allowing for al fresco dining and where in the summer time you can barbeque ( there is a gas barbecue) and eat lunch or dinner overlooking a romantic Tuscan landscape. Our guests will enjoy the new beautiful swimming pool (pool towels are provided) next to the "pergola". A 32'5" x 16'3" pool that features a black interior, which creates a mirror-like appearance; fabulous cypress trees & vibrant blue skies reflect beautifully. |
 Next to the kitchen there is the laundry, with the washing machine, the tumble dryer and the iron. In the kitchen and in the laundry there is a black stone floor that is wax treated... In the first floor there is a full bathroom with a large bathtub. Upstairs there are 4 beautiful rooms with twin beds that can also be converted to queen size. |
 The upper floor is made from large wood boards, and each room has a telephone, with direct dial and intercom, and a ceiling fan. The master bedroom is the largest room and has also has a pull out sofa which can be used as a third bed. Upstairs there are 2 bathrooms with two large showers. |
