"Cookery Courses": The aim of the courses organised by Lisa and Maurizio is to introduce people in a natural and practical way to simple and genuine Tuscan cooking, so that, on their return home, they can easily reproduce the same dishes. During the lessons you will learn how to organise a dinner from the starter to the dessert in a style which is completely "made in Tuscany". Simplicity, imagination and hospitality are the basic ingredients of all our dishes. |

On this richly historical land, the Sant'Appiano Farm's 15 hectares of vineyards extend in a SE position at an altitude of 280 m. |
