 Among the nine holiday homes in Fattoria Primavera, Fornace and Boscone comprise 13 apartments. These houses have their own private swimming pool and also include a hut called Capanna. At any of these structures there is a maximum of two levels and you should bear in mind that there are no elevators to access the superior floors. |
 At the farmstead Boscone, you will find seven units available, of various capacities: they are placed at the livinghouse of the farmers, called Casa Boscone, and the double-house found beside it, the hut Capanna. The apartments can have two or three rooms, sleeping 3 to 7 passengers, and many be placed on the ground floor or on the first level. The biggest unit is Type B1, for 5 to 7 guests: there is a living and kitchen area, a dining corner, a sofa bed for two people, a bedrooms with 3 beds and another with two. All of the apartments in Boscone have garden seats at the entrance. |
 Meanwhile, Capanna hut is placed opposite from Boscone: it has a sunny terrace measuring 60 square metres on the upper floors from where you can go directly into the apartment. This hut has two apartments inside, one for 5 to 7 persons and another for 6 to 8. Finally, farmstead Fornace is placed 400 metres away from the main house of the Fattoria. You will notice some details preserved from the past, like the terracotta floors and the timber beamed soils. There are six units at this structure, equipped for two to six guests. |
