• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast isn't included in the price.
  
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill at your arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have only one floor and it is reachable by steps.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes. The all surrounding area is very quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  The price includes bed and bath linen.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We have a big garden where there are iron tables and chairs for each apartment.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have written "don't smoke" in each apartment, but that depends of guests.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  TV is only in two apartments and in the reading-room.
  We haven't international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, because we are at 800 mt als in the mountain.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No. Each apartment has his kitchen.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have circular swimming-pool (diameter 10 mt). It is open from 15/5 till 30/9.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have open parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Is better in Florence or Arezzo.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  A 6 km from us in Castelfranco di Sopra there are all kinds of shops and a market on Friday morning. You must go in Figline, S.Giovanni or Montevarchi (each at 15 km from us) to find a supermarket.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Down in Castelfranco.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 40 m.
  Siena 60 km.
  Arezzo 40 km.
  Pisa 140 km
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Castelfranco di Sopra, 6 km from us.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence-Peretola 60 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is in Castelfranco di Sopra. We aren't reachable by public services. Only taxi or your car.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Figline Valdarno or S. Giovanni Valdarno
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, we haven't.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, you can bring your pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have our own restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  It isn't possible.
