The Mugello can be reached from the North (Milano, Bologna), as well as from the South (Roma), on the Autostrada del Sole ( A1 Highway ), exiting at the Barberino del Mugello exit.
From Florence, estimated time: 45 minutes
Follow Via Faentina for 8 km until Fiesole, then take the SP 41 until Vicchio.
The Farmhouse is only 32 km from Florence and easily reachable by highway A1, by the panoramic roads Bolognese and Faentina, or by train.
The nearest train station is Vicchio (3,5 km away), we can come and pick you up at the station or at Florence Airport is you prefer. |
