• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 5pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, prices depend on consumption.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all of them.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Each apartment has an independent outdoor space. Execpt for one that has a balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The smallest apartment has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, there are not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct telephone in every apartment.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, in each apartment.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  you can access internet with
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, from the first may until the 30 spetember. and there is also a private lake for practising fishing.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a free parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask at the reservation and we will book it for you.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is one grocery store 1 km away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, all around.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 35 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  there is Vicchio 3.5 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence (35 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes and also from the Station. This service has an extra cost.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is one 2 km away. Vicchio.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is 4 km away. Vicchio.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have an agreement with a restaurant located 1 km away.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
