• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: after 10.30 am.
  Check-out: before 10.30 am. If you plan a later departure, your luggage can be stored.

  The prices indicated are the daily rates per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?

• Which languages are spoken at the reception?

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 3 floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?

• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a public free parking at 30 meters from the estate. Clients can park in front of the hotel for luggages loading and unloading.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Rassina village, at about 20 km.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is a small grocery shop in Piazza Tanucci.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 45 km, Arezzo 45 km, Siena 60 km, Pisa 110 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Hotel Falterona is settled in the centre of the little town of Stia, with all the facilities easily to reach it (bank, chemist, post office, and so on).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 500 m.

  Stia railway station at 500 m.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
