• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes. Continental breakfast (orange juice, coffee, milk, croissants, jam and butter).
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, French, Hebrew.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  2 floors. No elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the apartments meet up to this, in particular Villa Le Tortore.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property. We change towels every time you leave them in the floor.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, the apartments Il Pozzo and Il Vino are equipped with courtyards, and Le Tortore has a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, Le tortore.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. CNN, BBC, RTL, TV5.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, it can accomodate 24 people.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, 2 with ADSL connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. Open from the 1st of April until the 30th of October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Siena (12 Km) or Florence railway station or Pisa/Florence Airports.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Monteroni d'Arbia 500 m away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, ours and Montalcino at 25 km.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  About 82 km from Florence, about 12 km from Siena, about 150 km from Pisa.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Monteroni d'Arbia 500 m away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Siena Ampugnano and Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes we can arrange a car with driver or a van too.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Monteroni d'Arbia line number 2.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Monteroni d'Arbia.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No. Only at 1 km in the village.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No. Only at 500 meters "Da Peo".
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
