Swimming-pool: Separate from the house, in a silent and panoramic position (behind), a 12x5m pool, with Roman stairs and hot shower. Lighted for moonlight swimming. San Fabiano's pool is now heated !!!

Mountan Bikes: it's possible to rent mountain-bikes.

Games: table-tennis, windglading and badminton court.
 

Trekking: Walking or jogging in the valleys, hills and woods of the farm-estate.
