• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A full buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes with pleasure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 3 floors and yes we do have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some do have the terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms do have balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Every room has a TV with the basic international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning at no extra cost and it is seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, open hours with life guard 9.30 to 18.30, otherwise always open.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Internal parking area available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are several nearby car rental agencies.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are several small stores in our town and a large superstore at 3 kms.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 1 hour, Siena 1 and a half hours, Pisa 25 minutes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Viareggio 2 kms.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa Airport, 25 minute away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can organise a pickup for you.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  20m from hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Viareggio, 3 kms away.
• How far away is the beach?
  70m from the hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  It is a public beach.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No but our swimming pool has a jacuzzi.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
