• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 02.00 pm. (or earlier, if the room is free).
  Check-out: before 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per person for HB treatment, for room for B&B treatment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  It could be possible but we prefer to settle everything at the moment of departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  German-English-French-Spanish-Latin and antique Greek.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are very quiet and romantic. We suggest sea view rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All sea view rooms have a balcony and most of the others, too.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, but it is not guarded.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We rent cars for two people (Mercedes Smart, 30.00 EUR per day). otherwise there are car rentals in nearby Porto Azzurro.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, two.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  These towns are at least a couple of hours from here, as we lie on an island.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Capoliveri is 2 kilometres away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa PSA, 141.5 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Piombino (after a one-hour ferry boat trip).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
