Villa Ducci's origins trace back to medieval times. Some 13th century documents from the municipality of San Gimignano mention a watchtower located in San Biagio around which a village was eventually established. The watchtower was converted to a Villa by the Ducci Family at the end of the 19th century. |
The Villa has recently undergone total renovation and while retaining its historical charm and character with a contemporary designed interior. It is set in beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent views of the towers of San Gimignano and the glorious Tuscan countryside. |
The villa is also equipped with reading room and TV room, bar and cosy restaurant where on request we can prepare lunch or dinner. Breakfast, depending on the season and the weather can be served in the terrace, while enjoying stunning views of the vineyards and San Gimignano. |
