• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from noon until 08.00 pm.
  Check-out: within 10.00 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.

  Prices are per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you wish.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floor, there is one lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of them.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Superior rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Superior rooms have a terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there are.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning, no extra charge for this service.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, each apartment is equipped with its own dining room and there is another dinning room where we can serve your meals.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a beautiful swimming pool from where you can enjoy stunning views of San Gimignano.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a parking available only for ours guests use.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Castelfiorentino 10 km away or at the Airports of Florence, Pisa or at Florence railway-station.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is a shop 1 km away. Otherwise at San Gimignano (2 km away) there are several shops and supermarkets.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, it is plenty of vineyards in the area.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 45 km., Siena 35 km, Pisa 80 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  San Gimignano (2 km away).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence 45 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, there is not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  500 meters from the Villa.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Certaldo, 13 km away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but there is a solarium.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
