• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per apartment per week.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, buffet breakfast is not included in the price. We offer bread, jam, marmallade, cured ham, fresh Italian cheeses, pizza and coffee.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating, water and gas are included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and little French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All apartments are on the ground floor except Cipresso Apartment. There is not a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all this area is very quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but all apartments have a small garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes all apartments have satellite TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air-conditioning in five of the apartments (Limonaia, Capannina &Querce, Ziraia & Cipresso). In the other apartments the antique stone work maintains the apartments cool even in the summer.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is the wine-cellar where breakfast is served.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, it is 15 x 9 metres and there is also a sunbathing area and changing rooms. The pool is open from April until October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, all apartments have a parking space.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Castiglion Fiorentino, 1 km.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Castiglion Fiorentino, which is 1.5 km away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is at 80 km, Siena is at 60 km and Pisa is at 150 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Castiglion Fiorentino.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Amerigo Vespucci Airport in Florence is at 100 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but there is public transport.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small size pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
