The kitchen utensils really needs to be renewed. ... A pleasant and economic agriturismo very well situated for excursions in Tuscany and Umbria.

marino was very helpful and considerate. he certainly helped make our stay enjoyable. --victor kutcher ... lighting could have been better. it was hard to get adequate light at night for reading in the rooms. ... the tennis court was not useable, but that didn't matter to us anyway. ... updated centuries old facility with great character located in a spot that was easy access to the treasures of southern tuscany.

The appartment was in good shape, with nice details and as advertised on the net. ... Easy and friendly! ... Appartment could have been a bit more clean on arrival ... a bit more kitchen utensils and such, would be handy. ... Great, with a lot of autentic features. Great location, lovely pool.

It was difficult to find the entrance and to find somebody, who could give us the keys ... The 4+2 apartment was spatious and quite OK. The 2+2 apartment was small and simple. The outside space was narrow. The property would benefit from a thorough garden clean-up in front of the apartments and in the 'park' between the pool and the tennis court. The pool was very nice and well kept. ... Some noice from the railway ... Rather discouraging at the arrival, but an OK place to stay, when you have found out how to arrange things. The location near Chiusi is perfect (autostrada and railway.)
