All our apartments are at the same time functional and surrounded by a warm atmosphere. All around the complex there is a huge secular park at the exclusive use of our guests and also a swimming pool, private parking, tennis court and barbecue. At your disposal also a flowery garden with tables and umbrellas.
APARTMENT TYPE A: for 2+2 Pers. 50 sqm 1st or 2nd floor: living-room with double sofa-bed and kitchen-corner double bedroom and bathroom with shower or bath-tub. Apartments at first floor with two bedrooms, a wide living- room, the 'Plutone' with kitchen in the corner, two terraces (one is about 40 sq.meters), fireplaces and one bathroom. The apartment "Sfinge" has two bedrooms, living-room, kitchen.
APARTMENT TYPE B: for 4+2 Pers. 70-130 sqm Ground floor with independent entrance and garden: living room with double sofa-bed and kitchen corner 2 double bedrooms and bathroom with shower or bathtub. |
 VILLA: for 8-10 Pers. - 180 sqm A wonderful farmhouse with beautiful decoration.
- Ground Floor: a large living room with kitchen-corner and fireplace, double sofa bed and bathroom with shower; Outside there is a dependence with fireplace, living room, kitchen corner and wood oven.
- 1st Floor: 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bed room with fireplace, bathroom with bathtub. In the garden of 3000 sqm there is a barbecue, parking and swimming pool. The Villa is situated few kilometers from Dolciano near Trasimeno Lake. |

At Borgo Dolciano there are available 6 double bedroom very nice and comfortable, with nice furniture in style recently designed by the florentine artist stylist Massimiliano Giannelli in shabby chic style, fine decorations TV-SAT, elegant bathroom always in style, air
conditioning, wooden floor and nice tapestries all around. This 6 suite rooms all have private bathroom with shower and some of them a living room with a kitchenette. Three of these suite rooms have also a sofa bed in the living room so that they can become small apartments for up to 4 persons |
