• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, the breakfast is included in the price and we propose a buffet breakfast: cereals, coffee and milk, tea, fruit juice, hot bread and brioches, cheese and ham, home made jam and cakes. On request we serve eggs and bacon.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Four floors with elevator (lift).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there all are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, the linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, there is one terrace and a wide garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not,
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not. You can use the telephone and the fax at the reception.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning without any extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is hydro-pool jacuzzi for seven persons open all day.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a free parking area at 3 minutes walking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the airport of Pisa (30 min by car) or we can provide this service on site (on request).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are plenty.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence (45 min.); Pisa (35 min.); Siena (60 min.).
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Palaia.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Palaia.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Pontedera - Casciana Terme.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have hydro-pool jacuzzi.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes on request (for small groups).
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, it is not possible.
