• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: after 4.00 pm.
  Check-out: within 10.00 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is always per room or apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, the payment is due at check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French and German.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Almost all our rooms are romantic and quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  None of the rooms has a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None of the rooms has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Accommodation in Residenza il Colombaio have air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is Wi-Fi access in the common areas (on payment) and an Internet point in the terrace bar.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. The 2 swimming pools (one with Jacuzzi) are open from May to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have our own parking place outside.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Siena at Avis and Hertz agencies.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Vagliagli (1km) or in Siena.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Siena 13 km, Florence 50 km, Pisa 60 km, Lucca 70 km.

  Siena (13 km).

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
