• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 8pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our apartments are self-catering. We do not provide breakfast since each apartment is provided with a fully equipped kitchen.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The following apartments are on one floor: Stalla, Gora, Tinaia, Turbina. The apartments called Fienile, Gora1 and Gora2 are instead on 2 floors (groundfloor and first floor). There are not elevators (lifts).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our place is immersed in the Chianti countryside, in a position that makes it very quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided by us and are included in the price.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Each apartment is provided with a private outside relax area, furnished with a table and some chairs in order to sit or dine "open-air". Further, this outside are is always provided with a roof or a sun-unbrella in order to repair you from the sun during our hot Italian Summer. Sometimes this area is on a terrace or surrounded by the greenery.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only the Gora apartment has a balcony/terrace that looks on the countryside. But each apartment is provided with a private outside relax area, furnished with a table and some chairs in order to sit or dine "open-air". Further, this outside are is always provided with a roof or a sun-unbrella in order to repair you from the sun during our hot Italian Summer. Sometimes this area is on a terrace or surrounded by the greenery.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each apartment is provided with a satellite-tv and an hi-fi stereo.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, no telephone in the apartments. But you can ask us to phone from our phone in case you need to.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, but our apartments are very fresh since they are built in original stones from our hills.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Each apartment has its private dining-room or its private outside space to dine outside. Further, in our park there is a barbecue provided with a large table in case you'd like to organize a barbecue-dinner outside.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, please ask us in case you need to use it.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Our swimming pool (7,5 metres x 14,5 metres - 1,50 metres deep) is next to the house, and it is covered with handmade cotto bricks and pietra serena slabs. The swimming-pool is completely immersed in the green and it looks to the Pesa river.
  Open: from the 15th of May to the 30th of September (from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.).
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a private parking area inside our place; further we will provide you with a remote-control for opening the main gate automatically, so that you can get in and out of our property at your pleasure.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We suggest to rent a car in Florence. Please contact us for further details.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, about 1 km far from our place.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  We are surrounded by vineyards! We are in the Chianti Classico area.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is about 25 km far, Siena about 35 km away, Pisa about 60 km far, San Gimignano about 20 km far.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Sambuca, that is 1 km away from our place, easily reachable also by foot, walking on a nice country-road surrounded by nature.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Firenze-Peretola, that is about 30 km far.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in the village of Sambuca, that is 1 km away from our place.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is the central station in Florence, called Firenze Santa Maria Novella, that is about 25 km far.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, we are sorry but we already have a dog and some cats.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
