• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a continental buffet breakfast is included in the price: Espresso or American coffee, coffee and milk, cappuccino are served and different kinds of croissants, cereals and muesli, fruit juices, bread, sliced hams, cheeses, biscuits, rusks and syrup fruit are lined on the buffet table for your pleasant starting-up of the day. Everything is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors, and we do have an elevator (lift).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are private and romantic rooms.

  Yes, the rooms to the rear enjoy breathtaking views of Orcia and Arbia valleys and look out onto a large garden with a terrace and swimming pool.

  Yes, some rooms (201, 202, 208 and 209) do have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.

  The hotel is situated in the center of Montalcino, and the nearest towns are San Quirico D'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, Pienza.

  Yes, available only at extra charge.
