• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room or apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A rich buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but we ask for a deposit at the moment of the reservation.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is one floor with stairs only.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, they all are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a courtyard: a beautiful and very romantic garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The Villa has big balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all our accommodations are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?

• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
