• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 12.30pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Only ground floor, no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are quiet. Four are looking out the garden and the other four are on the back of the building.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a little terrace under the shade of an oak tree and a large garden just in front of our building.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, opened from May 1st to September 20th.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have our private parking in front or in the back of the building.
• Where can we rent a car?
  It is possible to rent a car in the main airports (Pisa, Florence, Rome or Milan). The nerest Avis rent a car is in Chiusi Scalo, km 20 from San Casciano dei Bagni.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, five minutes from the estate.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, in our property we have vineyards, and on request it is possible to visit them.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 130 km, Siena 80 km, Pisa 190 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The village of San Casciano dei Bagni is just 500 meters from our building.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence - Peretola.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In San casciano dei Bagni.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Chiusi - just 25km far.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
