• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: not later than 2.00 pm
  Check-out:within 10.30 am
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/apartment (but depending on the number of persons).
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We don't prepare meals as every apartment has its own kitchen.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, heating is considered separately at its cost with a lecture on the counter.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  2 floors: parterre and first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Every apartment is quiet, special, unique. There is a fireplace in each unity. Some apartments have the fireplace behind and in front of the bed. Antique furnishing, terra cotta tiles, decorated ceramics, precious details.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The courtyyard is common to all the guests. We don't have a terrace because all around the house there is a beautiful garden with a spectacular view on the Val d'Orcia.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, but outside there is a huge garden with private tables and chairs, so that every guest has its own "corner" in the green.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in every apartment but no international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No. The antique walls of a house of 1300 are always very thick and they assure a perfect freshness even in the hottest months.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Once a week (in the summer) we organize a common dinner for the guests which takes place outside, under the "veranda" or in the inner courtyyard.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, we are located on a protected, archeological area.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a covered parking for the guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Sinalunga, Torrita di Siena, Chianciano Terme or at the airports (Rome-Florence). We can provide for that.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Many!.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  We own 1 hectar of vineyards, which is located in Pienza, close to the farmhouse.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Siena: 40 minutes - Florence - 1 hour 10 minutes - Pisa 1 hour and 40 minutes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Pienza (4 km), San Quirico d'Orcia (4 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence, but most of the guests choose Rome.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We don't have it as our service, but there is a taxi in Pienza which does the service on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just 1 km away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Chiusi (25 min).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No. There is an Internet Point in Pienza.
