  Yes, american buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, the bill will be settled on departure.

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel develops on three floors. Yes, we do have elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, with a lovely view on the Chianti hills.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, most of them.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, with all the major international networks.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, direct dialing out and direct incoming calls.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms have air conditioning and there is no extra charge for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Each room is provided with internet access on TV.

  There are 2 salty water swimming pools. A covered one and an uncovered one.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available inside the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the most of the villages surrounding the Hotel, we will be pleased to help you.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Radda in Chianti just 1 km away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, many.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is about 45 kms away. Siena is about 32 kms away. Pisa is about 150 kms away.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Radda in Chianti.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport is just 60 kms away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Radda in Chianti, just outside the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Castellina in Chianti Scalo is 20 kms far from the property.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes we have a fitness and a wellness centre.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry but no.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, with typical Tuscan cooking.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, but you won't need to, because each room is provided with keypad and television to go on-line.
