• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: Saturday from 16:00 pm.
  Check-out: Saturday within 12:00 pm.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Weekly price per apartment or daily price per guest.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No for apartments.But we offer Bed & Breakfast for the short period stay guests.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided by us.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Apartment n°1 has a court yard. Apartment n°3,4,6,7 have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All apartments have balcony except Apartment n°1 and n°5.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each apartment is provided with Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes. We have a large hall. It is available on request.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Quarrata(2 km) or at Florence railway station or Pisa/Florence Airports.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes. In Quarrata(2 km).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  25 km from Florence, about 95 km from Siena, about 60 km from Pisa and Lucca.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Quarrata (2 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence FLR, 30 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a Tennis Court.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
