 Swimming pool (16x8 mt.) with slide and diving-board, bed-chairs, deck-chairs and sun-umbrellas.
We also have a small playgarden for children and ping-pong equipment.
We organize swimming and aquatic gymnastic lessons. |
 Children playground: Parents sometimes need a little rest! We usually organise every day a couple of hours of collective babysitting in the playgarden. It is located in the lowest of the terrace-gardens below the swimming-pool. For this reason parents can relax and keep an eye on their children at the same time, while a babysitter looks after and plays with the kids.
Swimming courses for children: Years have passed since Alessia first started teaching our very young guests how to safely splash about in the water. The schedule is decided week by week according to parents', kids' and Alessia's availability. |
 Parking is available at the farm, but is separate from the apartment area.
For your safety and comfort, we always have a responsible person (usually myself) present at the farmhouse to address any need that may arise, ranging from a request for simple information to the urgent need for a physician. |

| Near our farmhouse you will find horse riding centers, archaeological excavations, tennis courts and sailing. San Vincenzo has sandy beaches and in the summer period you will have the opportunity to choose between public or private beaches. Sun-umbrellas, bed-chairs and deck-chairs are available for rent. Bicycle rentals are available downtown, (but be forewarned that it is very easy to go down but quite hard to come back because of the 2 km up-hill road that you will have to undertake to reach the farm.) If you do not have a car or you do not want to use it, there is a bus stop directly in front of our farmhouse. Our hilly location offers a welcome breeze that makes the central and hot period of summer more pleasant as well as offering a beautiful panoramic view. |
