• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: within 08.00 pm.
  Check-out: within 11.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak english, french end german.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Bedrooms are all at first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All bedrooms are very quiet and some also romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Bedrooms have not terraces, but all appartments have their own outdoor space equipped with tables, deckchairs, sun shades.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  All the aprtment have a private dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes there is a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Every apartment has a Parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  It is possible to rent a car in San Quirico or Buonconvento.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Grocery stores are in Torrenieri, or in Pienza (10 km).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 109 km, Siena 43 km, Pisa 150 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Torrenieri 7 Km e Pienza 10 Km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Perugia airport 80 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The bus-stop in Torrenieri.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Chiusi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
