• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price we indicated is the weekly rental price for the apartments and houses.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The price is without breakfast. We do not offer breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is charged extra.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, this is possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors and we do not have lift in our buildings.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our rooms are very quiet. They offer a nice atmosphere. We combined tuscan romantic con modern convenience.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided by the farm.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of the rooms have a private terrace. And all of our houses have plenty of space in the garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, our apartments do not have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  You can smoke in our apartments.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  In our house Fallocchio there is a shared kitchen. And all the apartments have their own kitchen.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. From May to September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have lot of parking space as we are in the country-side.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is a grocer shop at a distance of 2 km and a big supermarket is 5 km away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 20 km, Siena 30 km, Pisa 60 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  San Pancrazio 2 km, San Casciano 5 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence 30 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  San Pancrazio 2 km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
