• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 6pm until 8pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night or per villa per week.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the balance is due at check-in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors without a lift, the Sigerio room is suitable for disabled people as is situated on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the property is very quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The rooms have a common courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, there is a satellite TV only in the sitting room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone in the rooms to connect with the other rooms, and external-dial line in the studio.(extra charge).
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes. Only for rental of the villa, otherwise the room is only for breakfast. Use for dining only by request.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, inside the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in San Gimignano.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, many of them.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 40 minutes away, Pisa is 1 hour away and Siena is very close to the farmhouse.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is San Gimignano.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest Airport in Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Only on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is just 1.5 km away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Poggibonsi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The restaurant "Dulcis in Fundo" is situated in the heart of the city centre.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, at extra charge (ask if available). Only for the common studio.
