• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A rich continental breakfast with eggs, cheese, salami is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We usually request settlement on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, German, and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building is only 2 floors, but there are 2 elevetors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Many rooms have terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  We have rooms with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have reserved 4 rooms for no smoking guests.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Central air-conditioning is included.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The pool is open from may to september.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is free.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Apply the reception desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes in the main square of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  There is a large choice of Chianti producers.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  See the section "how to reach us".
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Tavarnelle Val di Pesa.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence and Pisa airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a jacuzzi system in the outdoor pool, and some Suites have jacuzzi bath-tub. Sauna is available in the fitness room.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes - Tuscan dishes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
