 Guest accommodation at "Borgo di Corsignano" includes 16 independent apartments, all with: living room with sofa-bed, kitchen unit with 4 fires and refrigerator, oven (some apartments), independent heating, fireplace, dishwasher (some apartments), bathrooms with shower. Kettle and American coffee machine is available on request in all apartments.
Apartments:
Loggia (4 guests sq. meters 35 ): situated beside the catering room, we recomend to rent this apartment when there is no events in the catering room. Ground and first floor with 3 rooms and bathrooms. Living room with cooking corner and dining space. Two double rooms (one with fire-place) and two batrooms with shower.
Scuola Su (2 guests sq. meters 25): Located at the first floor in front of the reception, it's composed by 1 room and 1 bathroom. Studio room with cooking spot, fireplace, dining area, bed area bathroom with shower. Covered "loggia" with table and chairs. |
 Scuola Gił (2 guests sq. meters 30): Ground Floor, 2 Rooms + Bathroom. Living-room with independent cooking spot, dining area. Double Bedroom, bathroom with shower, closet. Covered "loggia" with table and chairs.
Fattoria: First floor and mansard, 6 rooms+2 bathrooms. 1st floor: entry loggia with table and chairs, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchenette with oven, box room with access to three double bedrooms with two bathrooms with shower. 2nd floor (mansard) one twin bedded room. |
 Cinghiale (2+2 guests sq. meters 60): The Apartment is located in the square of the farm, on two levels (ground and first floor). 3 Rooms + Bathroom. Kitchen with cooking spot and dining area. Living-room with fireplace and divan bed. Double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Garden equipped with table and benches.
Capriolo (4+2 guests sq. meters 70): It's located in the large arch facility along with other two apartments. It has an independent entrance and an outdoor area completely separated from the other apartments. First and Second floor, 4 Rooms+bathrooms. Kitchen with cooking spot and dining area. Living-Room with fireplace and divan bed. Two double bedrooms, bathroom, closet. Garden equipped with table and benches. |
 Cervo (8+2 guests sq. meters 150): Located in the large arches facility as well, it has an independent entrance and outdoor area. First and Second floor, 7 Rooms+bathrooms. Kitchen with cooking spot and dining area. two living-rooms, one of them with fireplace and double divan bed and one bathroom with shower. Four double bedrooms, 3 of which with bathroom+shower, two closets. Covered Loggia with table and chairs; garden equipped with table and benches.
Fagiano (4+2 guests sq. meters 70): It's the 3rd and last apartment in the large arches facility with an independent entrance and outdoor area. First and Second floor, 4 Rooms+bathrooms. Kitchen with cooking spot and dining area. Large living-room with fireplace, swimming pool view, and double divan bed. Two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, closet. Covered Loggia equipped with table and chairs.
Lepre (4 guests sq. meters 60): The apartment it was built after a refined and careful renovation job in the Farm's wine cellars, in the lower part of the arches facility. Ground floor, 3vani + servizi. Living-Room with cooking spot, dining area, fireplace. two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, closet. Covered Loggia equipped with table and chairs.
Lupo ( 2+2 guests sq. meters 90): It's located at the first floor of the house in front of the swimming pool, 2 rooms + bathroom. Living-Room with independent cooking spot, dining area, fireplace, double divan bed. Double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Equipped Terrace with table and chairs.
Volpe (4+2 guests sq. meters 100): Located at the ground floor in the house in front of the swimming pool, 3 Rooms+bathrooms. Living-Room with independent cooking spot, dining area, fireplace and double divan bed. Two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower. Covered Loggia equipped with table and chairs.
Beppe (4+2 guests extra sq. meters 85): At the First floor of the house in front of the swimming pool, with a typical stone stair and a marvellous panoramic loggia. 3 rooms + bathrooms. Large living/dining-room with cooking spot, fireplace and double divan bed. Two double bedrooms (one of which with bathroom privato with shower) two bathrooms , closet. From the living-room you can get on a terrace equipped for outdoor dining.
Gina (6+2 guests sq. meters 95): Located a the ground floor of the independent house in front of the swimming pool, 4 rooms + bathrooms. Living-Room with cooking spot (with dish-washer), dining area, fireplace and double divan bed. Two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms, closet. Covered Loggia equipped with table and chairs.
Annamaria (6 guests): First and second floor with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, livingroom with fireplace, kitchen with dishwash machine, garden with forniture for dining out.
Poltri (6 guests): Groundfloor apartment with 3 doublebedrooms, 3 bathrooms , livingroom with fireplace, kitchen with dishwash machine, garden with forniture for dining out.
Casa al Lago (4 guests, 120 sq. mts): Firsts and second floor, private garden, two double bedrooms, sitting room with fireplace and double sofa bed, kitchen with dishwasher, dining room, two bathrooms with shower , covered Loggia with ancient wood oven. This farmhouse is an indipendent villa located in front of the property's lake.
Annamaria, Poltri and Casa al Lago are located at 500 mt from Corsignano center and therefore also from the swimming pool. |
