Idyllic... quiet and serene but close enough to neighbouring towns to make the trip well-rounded. Without question, it was the most beautiful scenery we have seen in our travels... and the villa so well kept and lovely. Breakfasts were divine!!

The views were stunning, the rooms were luxourious and I now understand the phrase well appointed! In July when we were there, it was all families, and so our children had a great time at the pool, playing cards, and it was well located for short drives to visit Sienna and small mountain towns. We can't wait to return.

Beautiful valley. Magnelena was wonderful and extremely nice. She spoke to us as if we were the only people staying at the villa. She cooked extra for us in the mornings and was so kind to Marie and I. Peter was thoughtful and helped us with lighting the fire - a real gentleman.

As we were driving up to our villa, we were met by one of the staff with keys in hand. He knew exactly who we were and was waiting for us. He took us to every room in the house and showed us where everything was.
He was very welcoming and helpful.

The property was beautiful. We couldnt have asked for more. It was amazing to wake up every morning with our windows open to the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Everything we wanted to see was in driving distance of not more than an hour to the farthest places. I would highly recommend this location and property to anyone I know.

A beautiful Tuscan villa in the countryside. Very close to all popular destinations. Shopping and restaurants close by. Staff was very helpful and accomodating. Everytime we would return home the on-site manager, Giacomo, would seek us out and ask us about our day. It made us feel as if they really cared about us! I would definitely stay there again!

Very helpful and friendly. Lots of good suggestions for us, gave us a bottle of wine and made dinner reservations for us at a nearby restaurant. Good local map provided with specific recommendations and suggestions.

The facilities were wonderful. Our villa was even better than the photos on the website. A heavy rain had hit in the morning before our arrival, but by the time we arrived the staff had cleaned up the area, replace and rolled the gravel on the roads and you could not tell there had been any problems. Everything we asked for, including some fresh basil (we were given the entire plant out of the main kitchen), was eagerly found and brought to us.

No negatives. I would emphasize that the location is ideal...on top of a hill with excellent views, close to the famous castle at Montibenuci (?) and centrally located for exploring Tuscany to the north and south and Umbria to the east (close to the highway that takes you to Siena or Umbria).

Prettier than the pictures. They should take pictures of it in the late spring when all the flowers are in bloom. It was very impressive as we drove up to see the beauty.

We were offered wine on the terrace while we were getting checked in - a lovely way to start our stay!

We arived late, and after showing us our accomodations, the manager offered to have dinner brought to our apartment. Exhausted, we agreed, and 15 minutes later, dinner was set on the table, hot and delicious! We were told to leave the mess and the staff would clean it up the next day.

We had one night at an apartment, and the next three nights in a house. Since we were with a tour guide early that morning, the staff moved all of our stuff to the house while we were gone. So easy!

It is listed in Conde Nast's best places to stay in Europe book. I didn't realize this until we checked out and looked at the book sitting on a shelf.

Unbelievable! Beautiful setting, gracious, welcoming staff, delicious homemade food. The accomodations were worth every euro. This is what I was expecting Tuscany to be and look like.

They offered a special tascan dinner to the guests which was superb in a very nice atmosphere.

Casa Cornachi is like heaven. It is most relaxing and the view is beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful in every way and we regretted having to leave.
Our childern loved it too and enjoyed picking fresh vegetables from Peter's gardenfor the breakfast and for ourselves.

We had a wonderful week at Country House Casa Cornacchi. We stayed in Casa Caterina and it was spacious, clean and beautifully appointed. We felt right at home and had a lot of privacy. The pool was clean and in a perfect location where you could swim or lounge by the pool while looking over the beautiful Tuscan Hills. The dinner we had the first night was amazing. Everything from the chicken, wine and vegetables were grown on the property and expertly prepared. We can't wait to go back there someday!

Amazing! Since returning form our stay in Casa Cornacchi I have reccommended it to all as the perfect place to stay while discovering Tuscany. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, advising us on the best resturents for the evenings and directing us how best to explore Tuscany.

I travel with GPS, and the entrance to the house is not updated in Italy maps. I think it should, and i think if you note the exact location (north, east) it will help also.

We loved our stay at Casa Cornacchi. The staff was very helpful with suggestions about what to do and where to eat in the surrounding area and the accomodations were lovely. We were traveling with two boys ages 8 and 11 and they both loved it there too. We especially enjoyed the Tuscan dinner that was served one evening.

The Website was superb and this was our first experience of booking our holiday on the Internet. Casa Cornacchi was magnificent. It was so beutiful, thye grounds were immaculate and the accomodation was excellent. All of the staff were helpful polite and extremely friendly. We met many other guests from all over thw worls, all of whom had resrved on the website andthey were all equally delighted with the accomodation.When we arrived it was 11pm and there was a Housekeeper there to greet us who helped us with bags etc.

Positive- The Management are extremely helpful in assisting with details of local restaraunts and also sights to visit.
Negative- It could have a few more child friendly activities such as playground and perhaps a tennis court but when we suggested this to Management we were advised that these facilities are planned for some time next year.
