By car from Rome: take the A1 motorway (indicated by green road signs) direction North - Florence . Exit at Valdichiana (1h30min drive from Rome) and after the toll turn right and then right again direction Siena. Exit at "Colonna Del Grillo" (after ca. 30 min drive) and proceed to Bucine - Montevarchi. After about 6 km turn on your left to Montebenichi and Casa Cornacchi, follow the signs of Casa Cornacchi until destination (2 km).
By car from Florence: take the A1 motorway direction South (Rome). Exit at Valdarno (after 30-40min drive from Florence) and after the toll turn right and keep following direction to Levane and Arezzo. After Levane follow the directions to Siena passing by the town of Bucine, Capannole, Ambra, Pietraviva. 2km after Pietraviva you find a turn on your right to Montebenichi and Casa Cornacchi. Follow the signs of Casa Cornacchi until destination (2 km).
Other possibility: exit A1 at Firenze Certosa and take the highway to Siena. When in Siena keep staying in the highway and follow the sign to Arezzo and Perugia. After 20 KM from Siena, take the exit called "Colonna del Grillo" and follow signs to Bucine (left), after about 5 Km turn left to Montebenichi and Casa Cornacchi. Follow the sign for Casa Cornacchi until destination (2 km). |
