• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 4:00 p.m.
  Check-out: before 10:00 a.m.
  Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is always per accommodation per night or per week.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A continental breakfast is included in the suites rates only. Apartments and villas are self catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can. We accept all major credit cards.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the building there are ground, first and second floor apartment, without a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the apartments are completely independent, so privacy and quiet are assured. Quality Tuscan traditional furnishings guarantee a romantic touch in all accommodation.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linen and towels and swimming pool towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, but most of them have a private garden.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the accommodation is no-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all accommodations have satellite TV with all major international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all accommodations have telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All accommodations have air conditioning without any extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is an open panoramic swimming pool (of 140 m²) and an open Jacuzzi pool (20 m²).
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, free of charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the Airport, or either in Arezzo and Siena.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Ambra or Bucine.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, we are just on the Chianti Classic area.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is at 70 km, Siena is at 26 km, Pisa is at 150 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest villages and towns are Montebenichi (1km), Ambra (5km), Bucine (10km), Siena (26 km) and Arezzo (30 km.)
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Peretola Airport in Florence is at about 90 Km from the residence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, transfers can be arranged.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Montevarchi (Bucine).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Montevarchi (Bucine).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is a small fitness room with Solarium and Sauna and an open Jacuzzi pool.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, but we prepare dinner upon request only.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
