 Casa Cornacchi is a recently restored country residence from a former fortified farmhouse which consists of 6 apartments and 2 independent villas. The country house is located in a unique combination of picture perfect landscape, winding roads lined with cypress trees, locally produced hearty food, friendly people and rich cultural legacy of the Middle Age and Renaissance. The foundations date back to the 1500's with several later additions. The current owner, a historical building contractor, brought the property from rubble to splendor in 3 years.
The main building, Casa Cornacchi, is divided into 6 independent apartments from 2 up to 4 guests. On the ground floor there is a dining hall that extends to a beautifully panoramic patio. The apartments are named La Torre, Casa Giorgio, Casa Niccolò, Casa Francesco, Casa Giovanni and Casa Ferdinando. All the apartments are self catering, with air conditioning and some of them can be connected to form a 3 or 4 bedrooms unit |
 The residence has a dining hall, a meeting room with a seating capacity of 30, a tasting room and a wine bar. Casa Cornacchi is surrounded by a large private park with gardens, barbecues, patios, verandas, a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi open pool, fitness room with sauna and massage facilities.
Casa Cornacchi is an extremely flexible and multifunctional complex. It can also be rented as a whole large villa (17 bedrooms/ 20 bathrooms).
Apartment Casa Ferdinando - 4+1 Guests: This large apartment has a living room on the ground floor and a large and traditionally furnished kitchen. The two double bedrooms are on the first floor one of them with a four poster bed and a lovely mezzanine that can be used as an additional bed or living room. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, satellite TV, phone and internet connection. |
 Apartment Casa Francesco - 2 Guests: On the ground floor, this little, cosy and finely decorated apartment has a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The apartment has air conditioning, satellite TV, phone and internet connection.
Apartment Casa Giorgio - 4 Guests: On the first floor, this apartment has a large living room with a huge fireplace, two double bedrooms finely restored showing the old stones and ancient niche which add a touch of originality. This apartment can be connected with La Torre through internal doors. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with bathtub or shower. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, satellite TV, phone and internet connection in every room. |
 Apartment Casa Giovanni - 4+1 Guests: This apartment has a living room on the ground floor and a separate kitchen, two double bedrooms on the first floor one of them with a lovely mezzanine that can be used as an additional bed or living room. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, satellite TV, phone and internet connection.
Apartment Casa Niccolò - 4 Guests: This apartment has two double bedrooms on the first floor, one of them with a tasteful four-poster bed. On the ground floor there is the living room and a separate large equipped kitchen. The apartment has air conditioning, satellite TV, phone and internet connection. |
 Apartment La Torre - 4 Guests: The Torre, along with Casa Giorgio, is located in the oldest part of the complex. On the first floor, this apartment stands out for its cosy living room with a lovely fireplace and stone stairs leading to the top of the tower where, under a beautiful beamed ceiling a double bedroom with bathroom is located. Next to the living room there is the second bedroom with a splendid view and a bathroom. The yellow walls and the welcoming fireplace make this a perfect place for a romantic stay. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, satellite TV, phone and internet connection. This apartment can be connected with Casa Giorgio through internal doors.
Villa Casa Caterina - 4+2 Guests: The villa is an independent house of 105 m² which has it's back to all the other units for privacy. At the ground floor there are a bright living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, a dining room, a large kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom and a dining area on the front porch with a barbecue. At the first floor there are two double bedrooms: a queen bedroom with bathroom with shower and a king bedroom with bathroom with tub and hand held shower. Upstairs terrace.
Villa La Locanda - 8+3 guests: is a villa divided into four suites that can be rented individually or all together. As a whole, La Locanda has four double bedroom with bathroom, a living room with fireplace, a dining area and a large kitchen with access to a patio with barbecue, private garden and gazebo.
The four suite are named Gli Olivi, I Cipressi, Le Rose and I Noci |
 Suite Gli Olivi: The honeymoon suite! Queen bedroom with 4-poster bed, bathroom with tub and handheld shower, mini bar.
Suite I Cipressi: King or twin bed, independent entrance, facilities for disabled, mini bar, sofa bed, bathroom with hand held shower. Please note there are stairs to the common living room and dining area.
Suite I Noci: King or twin bed, small kitchen corner (no dishwasher) and a bathroom with tub and handheld shower.
Suite Le Rose: Queen (cannot be made into twins) bedroom with french doors, bathroom with tub and handheld shower, sofa bed, mini bar. |
