• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Not it is not, the buffet breakfast is extra.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and a little French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quiet and all furnished with the same traditional style.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a Tv and you have pay tv, same movies are also in English.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, and it is included in the rooms' rate.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes and it is open from the beginning of June to September, it depends from the weather.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available inside the hotel and just outside.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a car rental in Pistoia.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  No, we are up on the hill, the first one is at about 2 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, plenty.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is about 35 km, by highway A11, Siena is 80km and you have to drive to Florence and from there go to Siena, Pisa is about 70 km by highway A11.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Pontenuovo is about 2km and it is the nearest.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Pontenuovo to go to Pistoia.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Pistoia.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
