Residence Le Coloniche is built on 2 levels and has 7 apartments all furnished to a very high standard. The original fireplaces have been restored as have the cestnuts beams both inside and out.
Camelia: 150 sq.m, for 4+2 guests, is on the ground floor and consists of a spacious sitting room with fireplace, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath. It also has a kitchen and a storeroom. |
 Glicine: 60 sq.m 2+2 guests, is on the ground floor with private equipped external space and entrance. It consists of: one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, spacious living room with a double sofa-bed and with a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is provided with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, iron, hair-dryer, safe, direct phone, satellite TV, independent heating system, private equipped external area and parking.
Azalea: 100 sq.m, for 4+1 guests, is on the first floor and consists of two double rooms, two bathrooms, kitchen/sitting room. |
 Iris: 90 sq.m, for 4+2 guests, is on the second floor and consists of one double room, one small twin-bedded room, a bathroom with bath and shower, kitchen and sitting room.
Giaggiolo: 150 sq.m, 6+2 guests, is on the second floor and consist of: two double-bedrooms (in one of them you could also add an extra bed), two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath), dining room for 10 guests with a fully equipped kitchen-corner, storeroom. On the lower floor one double bedroom, one double sofa-bed and a restored fireplace. The apartment is provided with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, safe, direct phone, satellite TV, independent heating system, garden and parking. |

On the first floor there is a kitchen/dining room and on the second floor three double rooms, one single room, two bathrooms one with bath and one with shower, storeroom. Own private garden.
Casa il Pozzo: 220 sq.m 8+4 guests, is on two levels, surrounded by the private garden on three sides and and consists of: entrance, small reading room, spacious dining room with restored fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two living room each with one double sofa-bed, two bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower), three single bedrooms, three double bedrooms, storeroom.
