 Apartment Simona&Marta (Guests 3): Apartments of 75 square metres on 2 floors; on the ground floor there is the entrance, a wide kitchen-living room with TV and a little bathroom. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with king size bed, a single room and a bathroom with shower. Heating is individually controlled. Outside there is a private courtyard with table and chairs. The external barbecue, the private parking and the swimming pool are for the common use of the guests of all the three apartments. |
 Apartment Italo (Guests 2): This apartment (of 40 square metres) faces the front of a courtyard and develops entirely on the ground floor. Its private entrance is directly into the living/dining room with kitchen corner and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas range, oven and fridge with freezer. A sliding door opens to the sleeping area with a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is furnished with a combination of modern and antique pieces. Heating is individually controlled.
