• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 3pm until 6pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room or whole villa. For the villa the price is always for 14 people and for a week: it includes water, taxes, gas and electricity, 1 set of bath towels and 1 set of linens.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price of the villa.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it is not.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We prefer to be paid a month before the arrival. You can choose if through credit card or bank transfer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our keyholder speaks English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building is made up of 3 Floors and there is no lift.
  - cellar: perfect place for wine/olive tasting
  - ground floor: kitchen, biliard room, conciergerie, living rooms,dinig rooms, tv-room
  - first floor: bedrooms and library
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the bedroms are quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide to our guests 1 set of linens and 1 set of towels: extra sets on request, pool towels are provided as well.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Unfortunately none of the bedrooms have terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Unfortunately none of the bedrooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, the whole farm house is a non smoking area. Of course is possible to smoke outside.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a flat tv room at the groundfloor with dvd player; this tv has international channels. In the bedrooms there are flat tv with Italian channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, the only telephone is in the keyholder's office.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all the bedrooms have flat air conditioninig; no extra cost for this service.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Inside the house there is a large dinig room with ancient fireplace at the groundfloor: it has 6 tables that can be joined together to have a big table where everybody can stay. Outside there is a nice veranda overlooking the pool and the garden: it has a large wooden table with chairs for 14 people.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  At the moment, Internet access is only available in the keyholder's office.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have a pool just in front of the house, with a very nice view on the country, tables, chairs and a shower. It is open from the 1st of June to the end of September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The property has an outside parking just in the middle of the olive trees.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Florence airport or train station are always the best places to rent a car. We are at your disposal to help you with the rental!
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, local stores in 5 minutes or big supermarkets in 15 minutes (Seano town); the car is absolutely necessary as the villa is in the countryside.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 30 minutes far, Siena and Pisa are 1 Hour and 30 minutes far.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Seano, Prato and Carmignano: reachable with the car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, but on request and at extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is no bus stop nearby.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Prato centrale or Porta al Serraglio in Prato town (25 minutes).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not yet.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Not yet.
