• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check in: Saturday afternoon, between 02.00 pm and 06.00 pm.
  Check out: Saturday morning at 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are the weekly rates per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No. Each unit has an indipendent heating system, and heating will be billed on actual cost.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but we'd rather suggest you to settle the rest of the bill on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground, first and second floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We believe the whole lay-out of the property is quite romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All apartment have a covered loggia or a patio for outdoor living.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, but there is a pay phone always available for the guests.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Within the property there is a small tavern where every friday night typical tuscan dishes can be sampled.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there are two swimming pools in the property.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Lucca (Avis & Hertz) and at Pisa Airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is a large shopping centre located 3 km from the farmhouse.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes. The property itself produces wine and olive oil.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 70 km; Siena 130 km; Pisa 30 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Closest village (Matraia) 3 km; Closest town (Lucca) 10 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus connecting with the town of Lucca at 3km from the property
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Lucca.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
