Facilities within the Estate

 
Swimming pool: Two nice swimming pools which are open from 6 May to 23 september.

Restaurant: The farm's "Taverna" is open every Friday evening for you to be able to sample typical tuscan dishes. Also fully vegeterians menus are available. The guests who want to join us for dinner are asked to book a day in advance.
 
Our products (Wine, Olive oil, Pickled olives, Honey, Fresh eggs): At "Colle Verde" we produce DOC Wines quoted in all the most important italian wine-guides, and an "Extra-vergine" which every year is awarded as one of the best Olive Oils of the whole of Tuscany. You are very welcome to visit our wine cellar and olive mill. We also produced pickled olives, honey and fresh eggs. All products can be bought at our "cantina" from 09.00 am to 06.00 pm.

Cooking Courses: In spring and autumn the Fattoria organises "Tuscan cookery courses", lasting from one to fifteen days. The courses are organised by Francesca Pardini and are dependant on a minimum of 6 to 8 people participating.

Telephone and Laundry: Within the farm a pay telephone and a laundry with a coin operated washing machine and ironing facilities are at your disposal.

Trekking: You can explore the 25 hectares that farm offers.

Supermarket: It is open daily from 08.00 am. to 08.00 pm., except Sunday and Monday morning.

Closest Food store "Botteghino": Open every day of the week (except Wednesday afternoon) from 08.00 am. to 10.00 pm.

Banks: Open from Monday to Fridayfrom 08.30 am to 01.00 pm and from 02.30 am to 03.30 pm.

In Lucca: (the closest town 10km away from the property) where you will also find a butcher, green grocer, baker, supermarket, post office, bank.
