• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 7pm, Check Out before 9.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price and is a continental rich buffet breakfast (to be booked upon reservation or check-in).
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German, little Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors for some of the apartments, many are on the ground floor. There is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Definitely yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All bed and bath linens are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of the apartments have private gardens, some other ground floor terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All apartments are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is no TV in the apartment but we have a common area with a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is a public phone at our guests disposal near the wine bar.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is an outdoor area with barbecue and dinner facilities.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, open from May to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Florence or Siena.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Castellina in Chianti.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  We are in the middle of a vineyard.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 45 km, Siena 35, Pisa 65.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Castellina in Chianti.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, only upon request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Castellina in Chianti for buses to Seina and Greve in Chianti for buses to Florence.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence and Siena.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Depending on the size and time of the year.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
