Directions would have been more helpful if they'd shown how to get from the airport, rather than from Florence. OK once we'd cleared Florence.

We have stayed at Colle Fertile before, so expected wild boar on the menu at some point. Unfortunately, the menu consisted of wild boar and/or suckling pig every night. There were virtually no vegetables and no fruit. We were in danger of getting scurvy if we'd stayed longer. Seriously though, the food is good but the menu is very repetetive.

Fantastic location. Absolutely peaceful. Idylic place. Friendly staff. Severe menu fatigue!

The best person in Colle Fertile was Grazia, a very fine madame end very kind person, doing well her job!
