• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check in: from 12 until 08.30 pm.
  Check out: within 12.00 pm. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are the rates per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, and for the extra payments at the moment of check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The rooms are located on the ground floor and on the first floor (with the lift).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The farm has double rooms (with private wc), suites and junior suites and all the rooms are quite.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  The farmhouse has a restaurant, where the clients can dine together, trying the local traditional cuisine.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have a heated swimmingpool (10x20).
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Borgo S.Lorenzo.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are grocery stores and other shops in Vicchio which is about 5 km away from the farmhouse.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence about 35 km, Siena about 95 km, Pisa about 110 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Vicchio about 5 km away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Also the bus stop is in Vicchio (5 km).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Vicchio (5 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is a sport center with tennis, sauna, miniature football pitch, ecc....
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
